No postal submissions will be accepted.
Refunds will not be offered if you fail to adhere to these rules.

Receipt of Submission
Once you have submitted your film online, please check your account to find out if the Festival has received your submission.
Selection will be carried out by the Hackney Shorts team and judges. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process and the decision of Hackney Shorts is final. We aim to inform shortlisted entrants on or around 17 May 2020. Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer individual feedback or enter into any discussion about your work.
Successful submissions will be listed on our website and successful applicants will be notified by email. At this point we will also request you send us digital press kits and that you arrange print transport during that period.
Please note that only successful applicants will be notified personally.
